We are actively searching for an experienced Risk Management Analyst to join our team! In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Integrated Project office for Golden Dome for America. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of missile defense capabilities, providing senior-level support in defining, managing, and executing risks for the agency.
WhatYou'll Do
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks affecting the Integrated Project Office (IPO) executive team
- Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Manage insurance portfolios and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
- Advise senior leadership on strategies to reduce exposure, strengthen safety, and improve organizational resilience
- Lead proactive Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management across multiple task orders within the Next Generation IPO project
- Includes coordination with Facilities, Engineering, and Program Protection teams
- Experience in risk management processes, frameworks, and program‑level risk development
- Hold an active U.S. security clearance
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of professional experience in risk management, program analysis, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency
