- Responsibilities:
Serve as a Shift Supervisor who exercises direct supervision of the activities of a guard force shift consisting of subordinate Security Guards.;
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.;
Ensure proper accountability of all sensitive items, weapons and equipment.;
Develop training plans based on approved training courses and regulatory requirements.;
May act as a first responder in a medical emergency.
