Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in detailed reports;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations;
Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site requirements, escalating unauthorized access attempts and/or unusual activity as appropriate;
Deliver exceptional customer service while working with an agile, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity
