Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential hazards or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.;
Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, following post orders, and assisting with incident response, visitor direction, and other security-related duties as needed.
