Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating per site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident reports.;
Communicate observations and follow-up actions clearly with site personnel, visitors, and leadership.
