Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sewer and Drain Technician to join our service team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial drain and sewer systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair drain and sewer line issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, and pipe locating.
  • Install, maintain, and repair sewer and drain lines, fixtures, and related systems.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of issues, solutions, and repair options.
  • Operate and maintain company‑provided service vehicles, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service requests.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or plumbing certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related trade strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of sewer systems, drain cleaning equipment, and diagnostic tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
Work Environment
  • Field‑based role involving indoor and outdoor work.
  • May require evening, weekend, or emergency shifts.
  • Frequent use of mechanical tools and equipment, including augers, jetters, and cameras.
