We are currently seeking a highly experienced Service Plumbing Manager to lead our commercial and residential service plumbing team. This position is ideal for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who has extensive hands-on field experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
As the Service Plumbing Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, provide technical support to plumbers in the field, and act as a key resource for resolving complex plumbing issues. You will also play an important role in maintaining service quality, supporting team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily residential and commercial service plumbing operations
- Provide hands-on assistance and technical guidance to plumbers in the field when needed
- Serve as an escalation point for complex service calls and customer concerns
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours service needs
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Lead by example in professionalism, workmanship, and customer service
- Assist with training, mentoring, and performance support of service plumbers
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service efficiency and workflow
- Active Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and residential service plumbing
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead-level experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
