This is a full-time Professional Service Technician role based on‑site in Huntsville, Alabama. Responsibilities include providing high-quality pest control and lawn solutions services, performing routine inspections, identifying and addressing pest and lawn care issues, and maintaining accurate service records. The Professional Service Technician will ensure customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, following safety protocols, and delivering consistent service to meet client needs.

• Technical skills such as pest control application techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve pest and lawn care issues effectively
• Customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Organizational and time management skills to maintain schedules and service records
• Possess or have the ability to obtain required certifications and licenses as per state regulations
• Physical ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in pest control is a plus
• Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, or related fields is highly beneficial
