What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC Field Operations: oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate work involving ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and controls.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company quality standards.
• Supervise & Support Teams: manage HVAC technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors; conduct daily team meetings and assign work based on priorities and technician skill levels.
• Train and mentor employees on company procedures, safety practices, and technical skills.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Communicate & coordinate work with project managers, clients, subcontractors, inspectors; resolve technical and scheduling issues in a professional manner.
• Track labor hours, materials, and project progress while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

4–6 years of HVAC installation/service experience; at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• Residential or multi‑family construction experience is a plus.

State HVAC license where applicable.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and installation best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with mobile workforce apps and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Work is performed at active construction job sites; may involve varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working from ladders or scaffolding. Travel between job sites may be required.
