Helpersare responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting

Technicians with tasks related to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting,servicing and maintenance of assigned systems.

• Clean and/or prepare work sites for installation projects
• Assistin loading/unloading of materials,machinery and tools
• Assistin setting up work area, including equipment
• Assist installation and/or service teams as needed

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• No prior fire protection experience required, just a demonstrated ability and desire to learn and help
• Basic electrical knowledge is needed for the role
• Drug testing/Background check required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Display professional appearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of technology, including but not limited to iPhone, iPad, and computers.

• While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required tostand, walk, use hands tofinger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and is occasionallyrequiredto lift and/or move heavy objects.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and outdoor settings, which can potentially expose employees to noise, dust, heat stress, thermal stress, low light conditions, heights, etc.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights and in conned spaces as needed, which would require use of fall protection equipment and other safety devices
• Capable of using hand and power tools, including specialty tools resulting in cutting, grinding, drilling, fastening and other methods resulting in torque, vibration, noise, etc.
