Technician Plumbing Service )

• 3+ years of plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial).
  
  - In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
  
  - Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  
  - Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  
  - Plumbing apprentice or journeyman license (as required by local jurisdiction).
  
  - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
  
  - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  - Experience with tankless water heaters, drain cleaning, or water filtration systems a plus.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and fixture malfunctions.
  
  - Install and replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
  
  - Perform preventive maintenance on water, sewer, and drain systems.
  
  - Troubleshoot system failures and recommend repair or replacement options.
  
  - Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
  
  - Provide professional communication and clear explanations to customers about repair findings and solutions.
  
  - Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
  
  - Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
  
  - Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure timely service delivery.
  
  - Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency plumbing service.
