What You Will Do
- Work with the Maintenance Technicians to learn and further develop knowledge and skills in the field of Industrial Maintenance.
- Participate in the troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment in compliance with all plant policies and procedures.
- Work with machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipment.
- Read diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer’s specifications for installations.
- Use hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be enrolled in and pursuing a two (2) year industrial maintenance degree.
- Willing and able to work any shift, holiday, weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic equipment and components e.g.: motors, motor controllers and drives.
