Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active TOP SECRET clearance – a requirement on its Project with a Major Prime) for the following position for a federal agency.

Software Developer - Senior

• An Active TOP SECRET clearance is REQUIRED.
• We are seeking an experienced Senior Full‑Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications that integrate with ESRI ArcGIS products and AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, C#, JavaScript, and shell scripting, with hands‑on experience in web mapping, geospatial data processing, and Tomcat application server administration.
• This position requires a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous integration, and Dev Sec Ops  practices to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure applications.

• 3 weeks of Paid time off (PTO, which includes sick leave). Any unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary with us.
• 2 floating days and 8 public holidays (floating days and holidays expire at the end of each year of service).
• The company covers 50% of health and dental insurances for all full‑time employees; dependents can be added at extra cost. Coverage becomes effective after 30 days or on the first of the month following completion of the initial 30 working days.
• Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, and a one‑time salary‑equivalent life insurance at no cost to all full‑time employees.
