Software Engineer, C++ Developer

We have an outstanding Contract position for aSoftware Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.

In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test , integration, and support to formal test / delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of languages such as C or C++.

• Recent 9 years of hands-on on experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python .
• Standard teaming:
  Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university with 9 years of professional hands-on experience.
• Active/Final Secret Clearance.

• Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience – (Green Hill or VxWorks). Knowledge of Agile Software Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Previous experience writing and designing to software requirements.
• Previous experience in Software and Hardware integration.
