Bel Research has an immediate opening for a Mid-level Software Developer in Huntsville, AL.
deci
Bel Research is seeking a junior level software developer to support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) development for digital and hardware-in-the-loop radar system representations on an open systems architecture platform.
The successful candidate will work alongside other developers and engineers to ensure M&S capabilities are implemented to meet system requirements, support test and analysis activities, and perform software debugging and troubleshooting as needed.
Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline
Experience Requirements- 7+ years experience in Software Development on DoD programs.
- Experience with C or C++ on Linux
- Experience with Java
- Experience with parallel processing
- Strong Matlab and/or Python experience
- Understanding of basic statistics
- Experience with GIT version control
- Ability to work with a team and also independently
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline
- Familiarity with DoD radars and/or C2
BMC - General knowledge of radar systems
- Experience working with Ground Test and Flight Test data
- Experience with H5 file format
