Position Overview
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer. The engineer will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object‑oriented analysis & design, code and unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams.
- Experience with full software life‑cycle development including software design, architecture and integration & test.
- Active or Final Secret Clearance.
- Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience – (Green Hill or VxWorks).
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Previous experience writing and designing to software requirements.
This position requires US citizenship and a Final Secret government security clearance prior to starting. It is located at a facility that requires special access.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 – $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
