So Software Developer - Senior

Huntsville, AL - fully ON SITE

Based on experience and other qualifications. TOP SECRET is a must and job is fully onsite.

• An Active TOP SECRET clearance is REQUIRED
• We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications that integrate with ESRI ArcGIS products and AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, C#, JavaScript, and shell scripting, with hands‑on experience in web mapping, geospatial data processing, and Tomcat application server administration.
• This position requires a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous integration, and Dev Sec Ops  practices to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Standard benefits include 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO that includes sick leave). Any unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary. We also provide 2 floating and 8 public holidays. Floating and holidays expire at the end of every year of service. In addition, the company will cover 50% of health and dental insurances only for all full time employees;

dependents can be added at extra cost. Health and dental coverage becomes effective after 30 days or the first of the month following the completion of the initial 30 working days. We provide STD, LTD, and a one‑time salary equivalent of life insurance at no cost to all full‑time employees. All full‑time employees or W‑2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in the company's 401k program after 90 days of employment, with a company match of 4% and immediate vesting.

All W‑2 employees are eligible for the company's profit sharing, with no employee contributions required.
