Direct reports: None. Delta’s provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program.

Help Us Build PVM's Huntsville Hub

This role is an opportunity to take a front seat in PVM’s Huntsville hub – you’ll have front-row proximity to mission, direct mentorship from Palantir experts, and a clear growth path as you get in early while we are building the hub from the ground up. You’ll be working in small, senior teams with real autonomy and be able to truly own your work—without the bureaucracy you may find at large companies.

You are the technical leader for your hub’s implementations. You own architecture, secure code delivery, team mentorship, and forward-looking research to ensure every solution is innovative, scalable, and mission-ready. At PVM, a Delta doesn’t just oversee code. You architect solutions, lead delivery on projects, mentor builders, and stay ahead of trends, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, to multiply mission impact.

• Build & lead delivery of secure, scalable code from concept to production.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to grow team capabilities.
• Conduct technical solution research and track product trends.
• Collaborate closely with your Echo to translate product vision into technical reality

• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through reviews and best practices.
• Surge on the toughest technical challenges to keep momentum high focused on outcomes, not just features

• Demonstrate progress and lead customer facing desk side feedback sessions.

• 10+ YOE in computer science, software engineering, mission knowledge, or related vocation
• Feel rooted in your community — you’re close to the people, challenges, and missions shaping life in Huntsville.
• Proven track record leading implementations in government or secure environments.
• You can design a system, mentor a team, and dive into code in the same day.
