Software Engineer II - Huntsville

What You Will Do

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams.
• Employ agile software development techniques to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
• Engage in agile execution and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement, and test system functionality.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in software development, integration, and testing using C++, C#, Java, or a similar language.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development, or Dev Sec Ops .
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
• Experience contributing to a team environment for developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
• Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous development pipelines.
• Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux operating systems.
• Exposure to open‑systems architectures and modular design principles.

• Salary range: $68,900–$131,100 per year.
