Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its Project with a Major Prime) for the following position for a federal agency.

• An active TOP SECRET clearance is REQUIRED
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Java, AWS, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Apache TIKA, Apache NiFi based web applications in an Agile development environment
• Experience in version control systems such as GIT, Sub Version, or TFS
• Collaborate in a team environment and contribute to learning to customize or use various GOTS and COTS products
• Work in a robust team environment
• Learn to present data from structured and unstructured data stores integrating Hadoop/Map Reduce, databases, or similar repositories
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL or other RDBMS
• Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED

• Active TOP SECRET clearance is REQUIRED

Our standard benefits include 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes sick leave. Any unused PTO may be issued as a check at the end of an employee’s anniversary with us. We provide 2 floating holidays and 8 public holidays. Floating holidays and holidays expire at the end of each year of service.

Company will cover 50% of health and dental insurance for all full-time employees; dependents can be added at additional cost. Health and dental coverage becomes effective after 30 days or the first of the month after 30 working days. An employee must complete all health and dental paperwork within the first 30 days of employment.

We provide STD, LTD and a one-time salary equivalent of life insurance at no cost to all full-time employees. All full-time employees or W-2 employees without benefits will be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting. All W-2 employees are eligible to participate in the company’s profit-sharing plan, with no employee contributions required.
