Data Analyst Security Clearance

Overview

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee‑owned company, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to support the Test and Training Group. The analyst will provide technical and analytical support by developing analysis tools and supporting live data collection and analysis at test events. The analyst will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Collect, catalog, compile, and analyze data from test events.
• Generate reports on data collected from events.
• Support running live display and analysis tools during test events.
• Develop software tools to aid in the analysis of data.
• Travel 25% for extended duration as assigned.

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other STEM field).
• Familiarity with coding in Python, C#, or similar.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to travel for test events.

• Familiarity with source control management repositories such as Git (Git Lab, Git Hub, or bare Git), Apache Subversion, or Bit Bucket.
• Experience with Python, C#, C++, SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools such as SIMDIS and TENA.
• Experience developing software for the Linux platform.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Experience with video processing.
