The mission of the software team in Huntsville, AL is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development teams for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Security Clearance Type:

Secret. Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 prior relevant experience.
• Experience in software development, integration, test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance.

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, Dev Sec Ops .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.
• Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
• Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
• Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline.
• Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems.
• Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
