Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer

About the Role

As a full stack developer, you will resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. We are looking for an experienced developer with the skills to develop systems from vision to production-ready. This role goes beyond coding; you will master new tools, identify system improvements, and help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches.

• Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready pipelines.
• Use back-end and front-end languages to create complete solutions.
• Identify and implement architectural and system improvements.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams on complex problems.
• Utilize agile methodologies, extreme programming, and product management practices.
• Prepare and maintain source code for new or existing applications.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or development.
• 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications using agile methods.
• 5+ years of experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
• Experience writing source code and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions.
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Experience with Java, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal.
• Ability to work with automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
• Master’s degree.

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The compensation package also includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work-life programs; and dependent care.
