Software Engineer in Test

We’re looking for an Automated Software Test Engineer to support a mission‑critical Missile Defense program in the Huntsville, AL area. In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of software used on high‑impact Department of Defense (DoD) systems by developing and executing automated testing solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to design test strategies, build automation scripts, and support ongoing development efforts across complex defense applications.

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts
• Support automated testing efforts for Missile Defense software systems
• Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams to define test requirements
• Identify defects and help ensure software meets quality, performance, and security standards

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM‑related field
• Active Secret clearance - MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED
• Experience with software test automation
• Experience with C/C++ or Python
• Experience using GUI‑based testing tools (such as Eggplant)

• Security+ certification
• Familiarity with Cameo
