• Provide software development in Java for the Regional Applications / Battle Management Sensor Resource Management (BM/SRM) team.
• Write, test, and maintain code for Unix/Linux and Windows platforms, following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in agile development lifecycle, including design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Build and automate testing and build pipelines, using tools such as Maven, Git Hub, Nexus, and Eclipse.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating system applications.
• Interface with other systems support groups to resolve problems and improve overall operating system efficiency.
• Analyze and support systems software products, diagnosing complex problems and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, schedule, and track project progress using project management tools.

• Experience using Java and agile development methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree in STEM.
• Proficiency with Linux enterprise applications (Windows experience also desired).
• Knowledge of coding standards, automated testing, and build pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills: performance analysis, root‑cause identification, and solution design.
• Experience with Maven, Git Hub, Nexus, and Eclipse.
• Active Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required.

• Command and control system application development.
• Experience with message translation software.
• Automated test and pipeline development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project‑management tools.
• Agile methodology expertise (SCRUM, etc.).
• Risk‑management and requirements‑management experience.
