  • Build simulation components, scenario logic, analysis tools, and data processing utilities
  • Translate mission, logistics, timing, or system constraints into executable simulation workflows
  • Support integration of models, algorithms, and data sources into larger software systems
  • Analyze simulation outputs and help communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to refine requirements and validate results
What we’re looking for
  • Professional or project experience developing software for modeling, simulation, analysis, or engineering applications
  • Strong programming ability in Python, C++, C#, Rust, or a similar language
  • Comfortable working with technical requirements, algorithms, data, and system-level tradeoffs
  • Ability to work from incomplete requirements and communicate engineering assumptions clearly
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Nice to have
  • Experience with defense modeling and simulation, mission planning, logistics simulation, or operational analysis
  • Familiarity with distributed simulation, Monte Carlo analysis, discrete event simulation, or digital engineering workflows
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, AFSIM, Cameo, or similar engineering tools
  • Experience building dashboards, visualizations, or analysis tools for simulation results
