Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Senior Systems (Integration) Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.
Responsibilities- Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross‑team communication
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
- Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM
- 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret clearance
- MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
Education Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Discipline
