Our client is seeking multiple Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) Flight Software Engineers to support advanced aerospace research and development efforts focused on next-generation flight systems. This team is responsible for developing highly customized flight dynamics algorithms and implementing flight software solutions for complex aerospace applications. This is a highly innovative environment where engineers are expected to build and refine original algorithms rather than rely on standard or textbook solutions.

The work involves developing high-fidelity models in MATLAB/Simulink and generating flight software directly from those models. Engineers will play a key role in shaping the architecture, modeling, simulation, and implementation of cutting-edge flight control technologies from concept through development.
