Job Title: Inventory Control Associate
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for conversion to full-time)
Pay Rate: $26-31 per hour DOE

Job DescriptionWe are seeking multiple detail-oriented Inventory Control Associates to support warehouse and logistics operations at our Huntsville facility. This 6-month contract role offers the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving processes.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Operate heavy equipment to move parts and materials safely
- Perform inventory control, labeling, packaging, and staging
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with training and audit requirements
- 2+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with data entry and inventory management tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
- Certification or degree in Supply Chain, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in aerospace or high-standards manufacturing environments
