Receiving & Warehouse Athlete
We are seeking a high-performing Receiving & Warehouse Athlete to support both Shipping and Receiving functions. This cross-trained role flexes based on operational demand and requires someone who works with urgency, maintains accuracy, and takes ownership of their performance and workspace.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Take initiative and work independently without constant supervision.
- Pick orders quickly and accurately, minimizing unnecessary steps.
- Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Process shipments quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Restock supplies and maintain clean, organized packing stations.
- Unpack and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Document and report discrepancies accurately.
- Apply SKU labels with attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to workload changes.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn company systems, products, and processes.
- Stand and move for extended periods.
- Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders as required.
