The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Huntsville, AL, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations for beverage distribution. This role manages inventory levels, stock rotation, and product accuracy, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and loaded for delivery on time and in line with company standards. The Warehouse Manager supervises warehouse staff, sets work schedules, monitors performance, and promotes a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Daily tasks include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing storage and material handling, maintaining equipment (including forklifts), and working closely with operations and sales teams to meet service and productivity goals.

• Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate product levels and rotation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to oversee warehouse processes and optimize efficiency.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and general material handling to safely move and stage products.
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and staff scheduling experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, basic computer skills, and data entry for inventory tracking.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in beverage, distribution, or logistics operations preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, with further relevant education a plus.
