What we are looking for
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a business setting
  • Speak, read, write, and comprehend English
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs and Google Workspace
  • Maintain HIPAA Compliance
What you will be doing
  • Answering incoming phone calls with confidence, clarity, and empathy
  • Greeting guests, candidates, and employees when visiting the office.
  • Keeping calm, organized, and positive during office hours
  • Maintaining detailed notes and timely communication of caller information.
  • Monitor supply needs and ensures availability of necessary supplies
  • Assist with orientation tasks
  • Assisting with community engagement events
  • Auditing employee training records
  • Representing our agency with professionalism, kindness, and compassion
