Responsibilities
- Assist staff members with daily operations and tasks in the areas of Academic Planning and Program Development;
Program Analytics, and Assessment. - Greet and assist visitors, both in person and on the telephone.
- Restock office supplies and materials.
- Deliver and pick up items from other campus locations.
- Assist with the distribution of promotional materials as needed.
- Photocopy, fax, and occasional email tasks.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- 12‑month position with flexibility during winter and spring breaks.
- Required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and responsible regarding scheduled work hours and job responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Proficient in communicating professionally and courteously, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in organization and time management with the ability to efficiently organize, plan, and allot time between different activities and projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of completing daily duties and projects with minimum or no supervision.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Preferred graduation date no earlier than May 2028.
