Nature & PurposeThis position provides support for the Office of the Vice President of Facilities Management.
Responsibilities- General clerical work such as filing, inventory checks, supply management, and data input.
- Use office machines: computer, copier, and scanner.
- Use Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar.
- Provide customer service and manage the reception area.
- Maintain workplace confidentiality and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Organized and able to type efficiently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment.
- Self‑starter who follows instructions and takes pride in their work.
- Ability to alphabetize and maintain electronic databases and physical files.
- Team player who builds good working relationships with staff, coworkers, superiors, and guests.
- Provide quality customer service on a daily basis to Facilities Management Staff, Customers, and end users in written, verbal, or in‑person communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced working environment.
Must have your own transportation to and from work.
