Huntsville Toyota is looking for self-motivated individuals who would like to serve as a Service Assistant. The Service Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving at the service department and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and hospitality-driven service experience. This role supports service lane operations by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle intake, and helping ensure efficient communication and traffic flow throughout the service drive.

Customer Experience & Service Lane Support- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival to the service department.
- Assist with customer check-in procedures and help direct customers through the service process.
- Receive vehicle keys and coordinate customer arrival information with Service Advisors and service personnel.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized service drive environment.
- Escort customers to waiting areas or appropriate dealership personnel as needed.
- Provide a positive first impression that reflects the organization’s commitment to hospitality and customer care.
- Assist with managing vehicle flow within the service lane and designated dealership areas.
- Support efficient communication between customers, Service Advisors, technicians, and management.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout customer-facing service areas.
- Assist with basic administrative or operational tasks as assigned by dealership leadership.
- Follow dealership procedures related to customer interactions, safety, and vehicle handling.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record.
- Support dealership standards related to professionalism, safety, and customer service.
- Participate in department meetings, training, and development opportunities as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with service department personnel and dealership leadership.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, automotive, or retail experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
