The Parking and Transportation Office at Sam Houston State University seeks a friendly, reliable student assistant to join the customer service team. You will be a first point of contact for students, faculty, staff and visitors, assisting with parking permits, account questions, citations, and general inquiries.
You will answer phones, help customers navigate policies, and may assist with administrative projects, data entry, and events.
