Join our team as a Learning Community Tutor and support first-year students in achieving academic success! Tutors provide course-specific assistance, collaborate with faculty, and help create a welcoming learning environment within designated learning communities.

This role offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities to build leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer one-on-one or small group tutoring for assigned courses

* Communicate regularly with faculty and staff

* Support students academically and foster a sense of belonging

Ideal for students who enjoy helping others and have earned a B or higher in the course(s) they wish to tutor.
