Works with the Smith‑Hutson Scholarship Program, assisting program staff with various duties and responsibilities.
- Performing general office duties and data entry.
- Enthusiastically welcoming scholars, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Assisting with the set‑up and break‑down of Smith‑Hutson Scholarship Program events as needed.
- Answering phones, providing program/general university information to scholars, department visitors, prospective program participants, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Some work will be performed after hours or on weekends.
Student may need to lift up to 40 lbs.
