Nature & Purpose Of PositionJoin our team as a Learning Community Tutor and support first‑year students in achieving academic success! Tutors provide course‑specific assistance, collaborate with faculty, and help create a welcoming learning environment within designated learning communities. This role offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities to build leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Offer one‑on‑one or small group tutoring for assigned courses.
- Communicate regularly with faculty and staff.
- Support students academically and foster a sense of belonging.
Ideal for students who enjoy helping others and have earned a B or higher in the course(s) they wish to tutor.
