Job Description Nature & Purpose of Position- Provides support to administrative staff in the COE Graduate Programs Office.
- Maintains and manages prospective student applications.
- Supports the overall daily management of correspondence with prospective students (e.g., email, phone calls) and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintains admissions databases and assists newly admitted college of education graduate students.
- Helps facilitate the onboarding process for newly admitted COE Graduate Students.
- Attends college activities and/or assists in support of various college events.
- Works with Banner Administrative Applications, Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
