Student Employee- Dept of Physics- Astronomy TA

This position’s duties may include:

• Presenting an introduction to physics concepts and laboratory techniques at the beginning of each lab session.
• Monitoring student progress and providing assistance and encouragement as needed.
• Keeping accurate records of student attendance.
• Collecting pre-lab assignments at the start of lab and post-lab reports at the end of the session.
• Responding promptly and effectively to student emails.
• Grading all assignments.
• Submitting grades to instructors in a timely manner.
