Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester. Courses will be taught in-person at the main campus in Huntsville depending on the needs of the academic department. Courses taught may include Integrated Reading and Writing, Composition I, Composition II, and/or Technical Writing. Lecturer-Pool faculty hiring is based upon student demand, on a semester-by-semester basis.
Educational Requirements for the Position:Requires a minimum of master’s degree in related field (such as English, English Literature, Rhetoric and Composition, and so on).
Experience Required for the Position:College-level teaching experience preferred.
Other Requirements for the Position:This posting is for the Fall 2026 semester.
Applicants must be able to teach in person at the Huntsville campus.
