Nature & Purpose of Position- Assist in creating lesson plan templates for Externships Educators
- Assist in developing various Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics surveys that will be used to track data of participants
- Draft emails for the PI and Co-PI to send to industry and community partners to assist with outreach
- Assist in the design of recruitment materials
- Assist in planning and set up of in-person and digital orientations for grant participants
- Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining participant data and documentation related to externship activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Schedule and set up online and in-person meetings through TEAMS or Zoom
- Proficient in using Canva
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with creating Qualtrics surveys, or ability to learn
- Strong writing and proofreading
