This position is part of a lecturer pool to teach 1-4 courses per semester in the off‑campus offerings for the Brownsville, McAllen, and surrounding area. Positions are term, non‑tenure track, part‑time, and security‑sensitive.
Responsibilities- Teach a wide range of courses in criminal justice and related fields.
- Prepare and deliver course material, assignments, and assessments.
- Engage with students and provide academic support.
- Maintain accurate student records and reporting.
- JD or master’s degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field.
- Relevant teaching and/or practical experience.
- Curriculum vitae, three reference letters, and unofficial transcripts.
