Sam Houston State University’s Department of Human Sciences invites applications for a qualified instructor in the ACEND-accredited undergraduate B.S. Food Science and Nutrition program. Duties will include teaching one or more undergraduate lecture and/or lecture/lab courses for the Fall 2026 semester.
Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester, based on student demand and on a semester-by-semester basis.
