The School of Teaching and Learning at Sam Houston State University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor of ABA.

Qualified candidates will have a doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field from an accredited college or university and Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. The successful candidate will teach 12 credit hours each semester (Fall/Spring) in the special education program. Courses will be taught in face-to-face, blended, and online delivery formats. The candidate will work to build positive relationships with students, staff, faculty, and other key stakeholders.
Will participate fully in departmental, college and university meetings and committees.
Candidates must have clinical experience providing behavior analytic services in educational, clinical, or community settings. Preferred qualifications include experience teaching applied behavior analysis courses at the university level and prior experience preparing students for professional practice and credentialing as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
