Nature & Purpose of PositionTwo graduate students from the Dietetic Program in the Department of Human Sciences at Sam Houston State University will be participating in the Summer Healthy Living Camp organized by the Light and Salt Association. Under the supervision of Dr. Tabbetha
D. Lopez, Director of the Graduate Program in Dietetics, these students will develop and lead five nutrition education sessions, each lasting three hours, on July 8th and 9th and July 15th to 16th.

- Meal Planning
Each student will be compensated at a rate of $27 per hour for a total of 18.5 hours, which includes class delivery and preparation time.
