- Support the delivery of competency-based education (CBE) courses for the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice, ensuring students progress by demonstrating mastery of defined competencies.
- Serve as instructor of record, evaluating student work, providing timely feedback, and supporting student progression.
- Operate on a 12‑month contract to support continuous course delivery across multiple entry points, managing up to 200 students across assigned courses simultaneously.
- Connect academic competencies to real‑world practice, aligning the program’s workforce design with strong practitioner engagement.
Master’s degree in criminal justice, criminology, or a closely related field
Experience Required- Minimum of five years of professional experience in criminal justice or a related field.
- Strong written communication and feedback skills, with experience in online learning environments (e.g., Blackboard).
- Experience with competency-based education or outcomes-based assessment.
- Experience working with adult learners.
- Experience supervising, training, or mentoring professionals.
