Position Title
Lecturer‑Pool Faculty of Criminal Justice and Criminology – Brownsville/McAllen Area (up to 3 positions to be filled)
Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the JobLecturer‑pool faculty are term positions hired to teach 1‑4 courses per semester. Hiring is based on student demand on a semester‑by‑semester basis. The instructor is responsible for teaching a wide range of courses to support the college’s off‑campus course offerings in the Brownsville, McAllen, and surrounding area.
Educational RequirementsJD or Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice or closely related field.
Experience RequiredRelevant teaching and/or practical experience.

SalaryCommensurate with education and experience.
Employment TypePart‑Time, Non‑Tenure Track, Exempt under FLSA.
