CHIEF Lending Officer Community Service Credit Union

POSITION DETAIL

Community Service Credit Union, with over $160 million in assets, located in Huntsville, Texas, is currently in search of a lending executive to serve as their Chief Lending Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CLO will oversee a portfolio consisting of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. The primary responsibilities of the CLO will be to provide strategic guidance of the loan portfolio, drive loan volume, and promote a strong sales and service culture.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities, enabling them to motivate, coach, and mentor the lending team. Extensive consumer lending experience is required for this role and knowledge in mortgage and commercial lending is strongly preferred. The credit union is seeking someone with five plus years of lending experience within a retail environment, and a proven ability to strategically lead loan operations.
